About this Recipe
A refreshing and fun summer treat by combining my favorite liquor, gin and some bubbles with a splash if citrus and a hint of sweet. This cocktail is sure to make its sippers very happy.

Ingredients and step-by-step instructions
-
3 parts gin
-
1 lemon, juiced
-
2 teaspoons of simple syrup
-
Top with Champagne or prosecco
Shake the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup over ice until well frosted
Strain into a champagne glass and top off with champagne or prosecco
Garnish with lemon rind

Sounds amazing!
Looks good but what is one to do with that opened bottle of Champagne!?!
Do you really have to ask 🙂
