With more than 40 South End restaurants, the Taste of the South End has become a go to charitable destination for foodies from all over Boston. Benefiting Aids Action Committee, Chef’s from the South End support this cause by creating samplings of delicious offerings for all of us to taste and enjoy… and boy did we enjoy!
Last night’s event was completely sold out and I was lucky enough to get a ticket (VIP) along with a few friends. We arrived right at 6pm to make sure we got in early and could freely walk around, taste the food, sample the wine and have a chat with the restaurant chef’s, owners and staff.
I have been going to the “Taste” for many years now and I have to say this was one of the best to date. It is such an amazing and worthwhile cause.
