Sticky Sweet & Sour Ribs
Driving home from work late again the other night, I was racking my brain of what I could eat for dinner, I was starving. There wasn’t much in my house and I didn’t want to stop at the grocery store. A light bulb went off in my head. It must have been after enjoying the delicious ribs at the new Beat Hotel. I decided to stop at Ming Tsai’s Blue Dragon and pick up their Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs. I am so happy I did. Fabulous and perfect bite-sized, sticky sweet ribs, which should not to be eaten on a first date. Luckily I was in my sweat pants in my own living room watching Scandal. They are far too messy but oh so good. I didn’t care how much sauce was on my face, it just made them all the more enjoyable. They were worth of the drive by for a pick-up.
