Sometimes I just want to talk about one particular dish rather than a restaurant and their whole menu.  I want to revel in my memory of that one dish that was a favorite of my week.  With this is mind, I thought I would give this new idea a go by promoting a “Fab Dish” each Friday.

This past week I enjoyed a fun dinner with friends at a current favorite, Cinquecento.   I have dined at this fairly new locale many times for both dinner and brunch.

For my inaugural Fab Dish Friday it is all about the Grilled Baby Artichoke.  If this dish was just for me, I would have eaten every single one of these wonderfully grilled and perfectly salted bites.  Just the right amount of lemon and herb made this a fabulous starter dish to share.  Rave rave and rave.  Stop by Cinquecento soon and order this superb starter Fab Dish before it disappears from the menu.  You will not be disappointed.
