Ingredients

  • ½ red cabbage thinly sliced
  • ½ c cilantro chopped
  • 2 med carrots shredded
  • c rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for at least an hour.
