In thinking about a Fab Dish Friday this week my mind was focused on one single dish and that is the Edamame Hummus at Sam’s at Louis, which I could not stop talking about the night I enjoyed. I even went so far as to ask if the chef would give me the recipe.
It is difficult to explain how truly wonderful this snack dish is. Fresh and light in its simplicity with a texture of not to overwhipped hummus and super taste of edamame. Served with sliced cucumbers and thinly crisp papadums, which I piled the hummus onto, it is just FABulous. Put me in a corner of Sam’s eating this and I will be a very happy snacking away. Give me a glass of wine as well and I will be delirious!
